Enel North America, Inc. is a renewable energy company that primarily develops, constructs and operates wind and solar energy projects. The Civil Supervisor (CS) is a site team member within our Owner Representative Project Team. On site, this position reports to a Site Coordinator.
The CS is responsible for reviewing, verifying, inspecting and reporting the civil work done during construction projects by external contractors. They are accountable for monitoring and inspecting the execution of the assigned activities in accordance with the defined schedule, applicable codes, project specifications and the expected quality. The CS is required to enforce safety and environmental requirements during the execution phase.
The Finance Director reports directly to Enel North Americas Head of Finance and Insurance and liaises with all business groups (Legal, Business Development, Energy Management, Operations, E&C, Risk Management, Human Resources) to assess the Company’s finance requirements and recommends the optimal financing strategy for the various business lines to continuing operations and sustainably grow.
The Contract Auditor, Contract Development will provide detailed contract oversight to ensure that all terms and conditions of the contracts are adhered to, identifying and managing contract risks, and preparing packages for new O&M Wind contracts and amendments. Procurement efforts involve the coordination and monitoring of the purchasing of supplies and services throughout the contract lifecycle.
This position is responsible for planning major component maintenance using SAP Plant Maintenance system, MS Project, and other Project Management and scheduling software. The job focus is the estimation, planning, scheduling, and coordination for maintenance on main components to maximize generation and availability. This person will work closely with the Major Correctives and Tooling Management Team, will serve as primary point of contact for major component repair or exchange projects, and will work closely with other departments within the O&M organization.
Responsible for the detailed operational analysis of the Wind fleet, utilizing plant SCADA, Condition monitoring equipment and predictive maintenance processes to generate performance improvement actionable reports, drive condition based maintenance activities and plan retrofits and upgrades. This position supports the operations and maintenance teams by providing early notification of system irregularities, potential faults and action plans to remediate.
This position is responsible for supporting the Enel Green Power North America EGPNA Wind O&M team in the execution of training development & delivery. This position will support and coordinate technical training needs for the EGPNA Wind O&M team and will report to the Manager, Technical Training & Knowledge Management

The Market Strategy group within Risk Management and Strategy is responsible for developing company’s view with comprehensive analysis of North American energy markets. This includes developing and maintaining short-term and long-term forecasts for energy, ancillary services, capacity, REC and emission allowance prices. This modeling effort helps drive investment decisions for new renewable projects (wind, solar, battery, etc), hedging activity, and development of corporate strategy in NA.
This position will involve work at solar PV power plants maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting AC and DC circuits ranging from medium voltage (13.8kV and below) to 12VDC. The equipment that will need to be maintained includes: station service electrical equipment such as motors, and motor controls, electrical switchgear, transformers, inverters, solar PV panels, panel tracking mechanisms, electrical protective devices, main and auxiliary generators, lighting, power supplies, HVAC systems, security and battery support systems. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and overhauling such equipment as well as preventative and predictive maintenance activities for the afore mentioned equipment.

The Energy Trading Settlements Analyst will be a vital part of the Market Settlements and Porfolio Valuation team for an international energy company expanding in the US Power market. The successful applicant will help administer the Trading Back Office activities liaising with the Headquarters in Italy. You will be involved with business transactions and decisions and interact with a diverse group of people within accounting, information technology, traders and risk management.
This role is primarily responsible for support and maintenance of O&M business applications, plant configuration and setup, troubleshooting application issues, supporting data requests for business needs, and providing regular workshops and trainings on supported tools.
